What information I collect

When you book, my booking system (Acuity Scheduling) collects your name, contact details and the answers to your consultation form, which may include health information. Payments are processed by Stripe; I do not see or store your card details.

If you sign up to my newsletter, your name and email address are stored by MailerLite so I can send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Why I collect it

To arrange your appointment, check that treatment is suitable for you, send reminders and aftercare advice, keep the treatment records I am required to keep, and — only if you sign up — send you my newsletter.
