Reflexology
A gentle, hands-on therapy for body and mind
Calm, restorative treatments shaped around you and how you're feeling on the day.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology works on points on the feet that are thought to correspond to different areas of the body. Using a range of pressure techniques, each treatment is shaped around you and how you're feeling on the day.
It's a complementary therapy — not a replacement for medical care — but many people find it one of the most restful hours of their week.

Questions
Good to know
Do I need to undress?
No — you stay fully clothed and simply remove your shoes and socks.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most people feel deeply relaxed. Drink plenty of water and take it easy for the rest of the day if you can.
Is reflexology suitable for everyone?
Your consultation form helps me check that treatment is right for you. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, I may ask you to check with your GP first.
How often should I come?
